Simple Thoughts

The beach always evokes different thoughts and feelings on me, not the same ones I have when I 'm in town, at home and working ... The beach has an ‘strange’ effect on me, it makes me see life from another angle, from another perspective, it relaxes me from my natural state of stress and workaholic mood in which I live every day;  I'm always back and forth, working, planning, executing, and the few times I’m ' calmed’  or I'm just sitting with a cup of coffee in my hand, in fact what’s happening is that my mind is working like a bat out of hell; at the beach I let myself relax and think a little bit slower, analyze and conspire; It’s good for me... to unwind, and afford myself to fail, to realize that I don’t have to be perfect all the time, to live and enjoy the moment with the people around me, to smile.

Probablemente el mar y la playa me provocan siempre pensamientos muy diferentes a los que tengo cuando estoy en la ciudad, en mi casa y trabajando... La playa tiene un efecto en mí, me hace ver la vida desde otro punto de vista, me da otra perspectiva y es que me relaja de mi estado natural de estrés y mood workaholic en el que vivo todos los días; me hace pensar que está bien -de repente- no tomarse las cosas tan enserio y relajarse (cosa que en lo personal me cuesta mucho trabajo); siempre estoy de un lado a otro, haciendo, planeando, ejecutando y las pocas veces que estoy ‘calmada’ o que parece que solo estoy sentada tomando una taza de café, en realidad lo que está pasando es que mi mente está trabajando a mil por hora; en la playa me relajo y pienso un poco más lento, analizo y conspiro un poco; Me hace bien... soltar un poco la rienda y disfrutar ¿porque a eso venimos o no? (siempre me lo tengo que recordar) a permitirnos fracasar, a permitirnos no ser perfectos todo el tiempo, a vivir y disfrutar el momento con las personas que nos rodean, a sonreír.
