New Year... New Studio

I’ve decided to start this year with a new working space so I’ve made some changes in my studio. I bought the white chair and table, I re painted my old –elementary- easel and bought an amazing bird cage at the Zara Home store, plus some frames and candles.

Golden Days

 

These pictures turned out amazing! We shot them in a well known car radio repair shop in México City. The purse and the shoes blend perfectly with the scenery …

The golden pants are one of my latest acquisitions. I was supposed to use them until spring but due to the warmer weather we are feeling in this “winter” I decided to start using them a little sooner. I think they will become one of my basics for Spring and Summer.

By the way, I will start posting the SS2012 trends these days.

¡Me encantaron estas fotos! Las tomamos en un reconocido taller automotriz en la Ciudad de México. Extrañamente, mi bolsa logra mezclarse con el escenario y se ve espectacular.

Los pantalones dorados son una de mis últimas adquisiciones. Los estaba guardando para usarlos en primavera, pero la verdad es que el clima de la ciudad ha estado un tanto caluroso y ya no me siento en invierno. Creo que se convertirán en uno de mis básicos de la nueva temporada.

En estos días estaré subiendo las tendencias que a mi parecer son las más predominantes para primavera verano 2012… Espero que les sean de utilidad.

Adolfo Sanchez is a talented, fashion designer that started his first collection back in 2006. With a relatively short career in the fashion industry, Adolfo has quickly climbed into the taste of celebrities and A-listers with his amazing taste and unique creations.

This young designer claims that he finds inspiration everywhere and his designs evolve from a collection of personal experiences and visuals. With his designs he dares women to be strong and different.

I'm in love with the Adolfo Sanchez Spring Summer Collection, the Apri Rosi dress is just a lace dream come true with its unexpected back and a colorful neckline. The Sueli Verdi and Rosi pants, the Mel Arci top, the Secri Torri and Dobli Noir skirts with the Puri Plata and Arci tops are among my favorite pieces of this collection.

Adolfo Sanchez, es un joven y talentoso diseñador que lanzó su primera colección en 2006. Con una carrera relativamente corta en la industria de la moda, Adolfo se ha posicionado rápidamente en el gusto de las celebridades gracias a sus creaciones únicas.

Este joven diseñador encuentra inspiración en vivencias personales y prácticamente en cualquier lugar... sus diseños son producto de una colección personal de experiencias e imágenes. Con sus diseños pretende desafiar a las mujeres para que sean fuertes y diferentes.

La verdad, me gustó mucho la colección Primavera/Verano 2012 de Adolfo Sanchez. El vestido Apri Rosi es un sueño (de encaje) hecho realidad, tiene una espalda muy linda e inesperada y el cuello en tono coral le da un toque muy especial. Los pantalones Sueli Verdi y Sueli Rosi, la blusa Mel Arci, las faldas Secri Torri y Dobli Noir junto con los tops Puri Plata y Puri Arci son de mis piezas favoritas.

Adolfo también construye piezas a la medida con diseños, materiales y detalles totalmente personalizados. Increíble ¿no?

Black, White and Gold

  

 

A few months ago I talked to you about a great cape I found. So here it is. I think it looks amazing; formal but in a cool way. I want to also try it with an evening dress and with a skirt and tights; I’ll let you know how that ended.

The metallic’s are one of my favorite trends of the season, so when I saw this amazing pair of Zara shoes I knew I had to buy them, so shinny….

Oh the Valentino purse…. No words for that one… can’t stop staring.

Hace un par de meses les platiqué que había encontrado una hermosa capa... bueno, finalmente aquí está. Es de lana y se ve increíble, si un poco formal pero en el buen sentido; aunque es negra no es una prenda aburrida. También me gustaría combinarla con un vestido de noche o con una falda corta y unas mallas, ya les contaré que tal se ve.

Los metálicos son una de mis tendencias favoritas para esta temporada y al parecer seguirán vigentes para primavera/verano. Cuando vi este par de zapatos en Zara no me pude resistir, me encantó el brillo que despiden.

Para la bolsa Valentino simplemente no hay palabras... es una pieza hermosa.
