Hello sweeties! Here are some of the pictures of the styling I did for Purifiacacion Garcia last week. The event was a little brunch were I was asked by the brand to style and present a look from de FW12 collection along with the editors Sara Galindo from ELLE Mexico, Tony Salamanca from Harper’s Bazaar Mexico and Ángles the blogger behind Boticapop. It was a huge honor for me to work with this three amazing women, you can picture my face when I received the proposal for this project and was told I was choosen to style along with two of the editors of my favorite -mexican- magazines. 

My look was feminine ( I wanted to take the essence of the brand in it) yet I tried to mix patterns and textures to make it fun (you know I love to do that even on my own). The outfit turned out very well, and the best part is that is very wearable for this season, I hope you find it inspiring. A styling tip I can give you is to use layers such as the sweater with the blouse and you can even ad a blazer, mix fabrics and patterns, and ad touches of interesting colors, they make the difference between a regular outfit and an a statement outfit. ¡Hola querid@s! Espero que estén muy bien. En este post les presento el styling que hice la semana pasada para la marca de bolsos, ropa y accesorios Purificación Garcia. El evento fue un pequeño brunch en donde la marca me pidió que armara y presentara un look con  piezas de su colección FW12. No fuí la única, y la editora de Elle México -Sara Galindo-, Tony Salamanca Editora de Harper’s Bazaar México y Angeles blogger detrás de Boticapop también hicieron su look y lo presentaron. Me siento súper honrada de haber trabajado junto a estas tres increíbles mujeres. Ahora pueden imaginarse mi cara cuando recibí la propuesta y me dijeron que iba a trabajar junto con dos de las editoras de mis revistas mexicanas favoritas. 

El look que armé es muy femenino, quería de alguna forma representar la esencia de la marca; sin embargo y como es mi costumbre traté de mezclar estampados y texturas para hacerlo más divertido. El resultado final considero que fue bueno, y la mejor parte es que es muy usable (y cómodo) para esta temporada; espero que les de algunas ideas. Un tip de styling que les puedo dar es que traten de usar capas de ropa, por ejemplo la blusa con el sweater y un pueden inclusive agregar un saco, mezclen las texturas y añadan toques de color interesantes, de verdad buscar esto hace toda la diferencia entre un look (con los mismos cortes y tipos de prenda) divertido a uno ordinario.
