Mixin' It Up

You know I love mixing prints and textures. The Tibi skirt is one of my favorite items for the warm days of spring at the city, the pattern is -kind of- baroque but at the same time it’s a piece that's really easy to mix and match with many basics from my closet. I´m also wearing my new "Pensée" pink stilettos which are part of the collection of twenty models Christian Louboutin released for the 20^th anniversary of his brand. Expect a “shoe of the week” about these two because they definitely deserve a whole post -only- for them.

We shot these pictures at Patio 77 the first eco friendly bed and breakfast in Mexico City. It’s a gorgeous place with eight modern suites under the roof of a 19^th century grand house. This place is a nice option if you are traveling to Mexico City and want to stay at a really cool and interesting place with delicious food at accessible prices.

 

Ya saben que me encanta mezclar estampados y texturas. Esta falda de la marca Tibi es una de mis piezas favoritas para los días soleados de primavera, el estampado es -un tanto- barroco pero al mismo tiempo versátil para usarlo con muchos básicos. En esta ocasión también llevo puestos mis nuevos "Pensée" stilettos, forman parte de una colección de veinte modelos que el diseñador Christian Louboutin lanzó como parte de las celebraciones del 20 aniversario de su marca. Estén pendientes de un “shoe of the week” de este par porque definitivamente merecen un post para ellos solos.

Tomamos estas fotos en Patio 77, el primer bed and breakfast sustentable de la Ciudad de México. Patio 77 aloja ocho suites en una casona del siglo XIX. Este lugar es una buena opción para aquellos que viajan al Distrito Federal y quieren hospedarse en un lugar interesante con comida deliciosa a precios accesibles.
